CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, and plans change — I completely understand! To keep things fair for all clients and to make sure I can manage my schedule, I have a clear cancellation policy in place. It explains how much notice I need for different services and when cancellation fees may apply.

Dog Walking
  • 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • Cancellations with 72-48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full service fee.

 

Pet Sitting, Drop-Ins & Pet Taxi
  • 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the booked service.

 

Overnight Pet Sitting
  • 1 week’s notice is required for weekday cancellations.

  • 2 weeks’ notice is required for weekend cancellations.

  • Any cancellation made after these timeframes will incur a 50% cancellation fee (or the full service fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date of the booking).

Cancellations must be confirmed by me to be valid — if you don’t hear back, please follow up.

 

Why This Policy Exists

I keep spaces in my schedule for your pet, and last-minute cancellations often mean I can’t rebook that time. This policy ensures I can keep providing reliable care for all clients.
